Apple unveils its fourth generation iPod Nano which is light-weighted, long and slim. The new rages of iPods come in nine colors. Apple ipods are endowed with lots of new software features including Genius Playlists and audio recording function. The 8GB model cost $ 149 while the 16GB model is priced at $199. The new iPod Nano is capable of offering high quality audio and plays video games, podcasts, TV and movie downloads, and movie rentals. The dimensions of the fourth-generation Nano are nearly identical to the second-generation version, measuring 3.5 inches tall by 1.6 inches wide by 0.25 inch thick at its center.
Like the iPhone and iPod Touch, the new Nano also incorporates the tilt-sensor which allows for some interesting control tricks. One can put the music player of the Nano into shuffle mode just by giving a vigorous shake. With excellent sound quality, the new Nano has a battery which can give 24 hour of audio playback and 4 hours of video. The Apple Nano supports playback for MP3, AAC (including protected files), Audible, WAV, AIFF, and Apple Lossless. The seamless metal construction of Nano protects it from exterior damages besides enhancing its attractiveness.
