Leading manufacturer of software and electronic products, Apple is expected to launch its much-awaited iPhone OS 3.0 today (June 17). The new Apple iPhone OS 3.0 will offer lots of multimedia services including voice recording, buying and renting movies and TV shows over the air, full system search, tethering and push notifications.
The new Apple iPhone will feature cut, copy, and paste facilities just like the normal PCs. In addition to this, iPhone OS 3.0 will come with iTunes, turn-by-turn GPS directions, Google maps and others. The iPhone will also offer a special option called Find my iPhone, which will enable the owners to find the handset if it goes missing. With the help of Find my iPhone facility one locate the handset by using a computer and then send a message to the phone that instructs anyone who finds the phone to call the owner.
The full search option available in iPhone OS 3.0 will allow the users to search calendar entries, music, notes, contacts, and e-mail. The new Apple iPhone comes with a safari browser that allows faster browsing and support for HTML 5 and autofill for fields on a web page. The iPhone OS 3.0 also allows the multilingual users to access additional keyboards and a graffiti pad for symbols. Moreover, the new iPhone boasts of a stereo Bluetooth, a voice memo recorder, Wi-Fi auto log-in, antiphishing technology and others.
