The much awaited Apple iPad will be officially launched in India on 28th of January.The iPad will be sold in India by Apple's premium retailers.Apple is just 3 months away from its next generation model launch while the device hits the Indian market just after 9 months of its introduction in US.
The iPad will be available in two versions- the Wi-Fi version and 3G+Wi-Fi version.Sources say that iPad’s Wi-Fi version will cost between Rs. 26,000 to Rs. 33,000 while the 3G+Wi-Fi version will be available between Rs.33,000 to Rs. 44,000.Each version will also be available in three capacities, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.
The 16 GB Wi-Fi version is priced 26,000 while the 64GB Wi-Fi version will be available for 37,000. The 16 GB model of 3G+Wi-Fi version will come in 33,000 while the 64 GB model will cost 44,000. The 32 GB 3G iPad cost is yet undisclosed.
