Anurag kashyap is known for directing off the track movies and this time he is set to make ‘That Girl In Yellow Boots’ with writer-actor Kalki Koechlin.

There is no such subject , which the talented director, Anurag Kashyap can’t cover, but there are some issues in his upcoming flick.

Anurag says that the movie, ‘That Girl In Yellow Boots’ is an emotionally tough movie and he just made it only for Kalki Koechlin.

He adds, “To make ‘That Girl in Yellow Boots’ I had to push my moral boundaries . It was emotionally a very difficult film to make. I only did it because Kalki was both the writer and actor of the film. She trusted me and I trusted her. We both had to push our moral boundaries a lot.”

He doesn’t write his films now-a-days and has a valid reason to do it. He adds, “All the initial drafts are written by some other writers. I only do the shooting draft. This is because the vision becomes very narrow if I write it from scratch. If directors write all their films, all by themselves, it becomes repetitive.”

Anurag’s acclaimed creations lists, ‘Dev D’ (2009), ‘Gulaal’ (2009), ‘No Smoking’ (2007) and ‘Black Friday’ (2004).
