Hollywood actor Antonio Banderas is set to judge a photo exhibition organised by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The exhibition will take place during Millennium Development Goals Summit in September in New York.

The competition titled, ‘Picture This: We Can End Poverty’ will be showcasing the work done by talented artist from all over the world in order to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

The actor, who is UNDP Goodwill Ambassador, will choose the winning photos.

Antonio Banderas quoted, "We are at a defining moment in the fight against poverty. The challenges of achieving the MDGs cannot be overcome by a single person, organisation or government. All sectors of society need to be mobilised in a call to action for the big push to 2015.”

"This photo contest is the type of initiative that will bring all these different groups together in order to focus attention on the urgency of achieving the MDGs," he added.
