Business tycoon Anil Ambani has called for an amiable settlement of all the issues with his Mukesh Ambani.
This proposal has been put forward by Anil at a time when the Mukesh-led RIL and Anil Ambani led RNRL are in a legal fight for the supply of natural gas by the former to the latter.
"I sincerely believe that Mukeshbhai and I can, even at this late stage, sort out all our disagreements, in a constructive, cordial and conciliatory manner, if we both commit to getting this done”, says Anil.
"The issues are only a handful, and the facts are well known. My judgment says that they can all be resolved in a matter of weeks, and will not require several months of discussions," said Anil, who was on his way back from his Kedarnath and Badrinath pilgrimage.
Anil, mentioning that the issues between him and Mukesh had been resolved way back in 2005, mentioned that "unfortunately, the joy of that achievement has been tempered by the sorrow, pain and anguish of continuing disagreement and acrimony with my elder brother, Mukeshbhai."
The Ambani brothers had been indulging in fight, despite reaching a family agreement in 2005, after which Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee had called for an amicable settlement between the two.
RIL spokesperson remained unavailable for comment.
