This is first of the kind in the Indian film history that international and national icons are working together. Firstly, the bridge was created between the two icons Amitabh Bachchan and Bens Kingley. Now the second bridge is created by the entry of two icons of south Industry Mohanlal of Kollywood and Surya of Tollywood.

 

Earlier the director of ‘Teen Patti’, Major Ravi had made war based flicks like 'Kurukshetra' and 'Keerthichakra' which both had featured Mohanlal in the lead. Consequently in relevant to these two films Mohanlal had been titled as the Leut Colonel.

 

The icon of Bollywood Amitabh who in 1970s and early 80s was known for 'Sharaabi' and 'Juari' number with his stunt at the casino table and bar enviornment is back to the gambling sequence in 'Teen Pati'.  

 

Hope, 'Teen Pati' gives a fair chance to all the stars in it to outshine.
