Retail giant Amazon has introduced their latest PayPhrase authentication system, which will allow the buyers to retain a single login information for use across multiple sites. It will be available for those who use Checkout service.
In this PayPhrase authentication system, the users have to remember a single phrase and type a four digit PIN to authorize the purchase and continue with the transaction. This will remove the hassles of remembering multiple login and password names.
PayPhrase general manager Matt Williams said, "With PayPhrase all you need is one phrase and one PIN to pay online."
"We think customers will enjoy the simplicity that Amazon PayPhrase offers, and we hope they'll have some fun choosing their own personal phrases," he added.
This single login system has been popular with the retailers and consumers due to the ease in use and hence the online retailers are taking the advantage of this system. PayPal and VeriSign are the other web shopping services that provide single login authentication services.
