Sometime back there was news about Akshay’s wife Twinkle’s connection with the underworld gangster, Dawood Ibrahim.  But, Akshay rubbishes all the rumors and defends Twinkle.

Speculations about Bollywood and underworld connections were always there. There were even video flicks of celebrities dancing in Dawood’s party. So, the speculations seem to be real from time to time.

However, hubby Akshay totally denies and says it’s a big rumor about his wife.

He adds "I got no idea from where all these stories come from. If these stories were true, my house would have been raided. Not a single constable has come to my house from the day this story was reported."

He is also upset over the fact, that the life of a celebrity is never peaceful and nothing much can be done about it.

Akshay adds "These reports do disturb me. But I have spent 20 years in the industry and by now I have got used to it."
