The budget airline from Middle East, Air Arabia commenced daily service to the Indian city of Kozhikode. It has now become the first Middle Eastern airline which offers flights to Kozhikode. It started its service back in the month of February with three flights in a week.
A K Nizar, the head of Commercial Department of Air Arabia said that the increase in the number of the flights to the city of Kozhikode shows that they are fully committed when it comes to operations in the Indian market and they hope to price their fares very competitively, which will attract more and more passengers who are, for example, working in the Middle East.
With this flight service, Kozhikode has now become the third destination in the city of Kerala to which Air Arabia has started its flight. This gives the people of Kozhikode access to the large number of destination network that Air Arabia has. They have flights to all the major cities of India, including direct flights to Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Jaipur, Kochi, Kozhikode, Mumbai, Nagpur and even Thiruvananthapuram. The Air Arabia network of destinations in India is also one of one of the most comprehensive by any foreign airline.
Air Arabia flies more to more than 39 destinations all over the North Africa, Middle-East, South and Central Asia. Apart from offering flights to these destinations, it also offers visa assistance to all the destinations, for its passengers.
