Agra Mayor Anjula Singh Mahaur has mentioned that she will be walking the ramp at the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week, which is slated to kick off on Oct 24, along with Bollywood celebrities Salman Khan and Sushmita Sen. A thrilled Mahaur has mentioned that it will an entirely new experience for her.
Mahaur said, "This would perhaps be the first time that a mayor of a city would be doing that."
Sona, 16 and Tanishka, 9, the daughters of Mahaur will also be with her whereas Sushmita will be accompanied by her daughter Renee.
"I am excited and so is my daughter Tanishka who is dying to meet Salman Khan. I personally admire Sushmita. It will be a completely new experience for me," said Mahaur.
"So far I have been busy with politics but now I am trying to develop interest in other fields too. Of late, I have been doing some anchoring for a TV channel and judging talent hunt programmes. A film role has also been offered in 'Abhilasha'," she added.
