‘Action Replayy’ In Legal Trouble Ahead of Its Release

There is always a little trouble before every big release, the same is happening with ‘Action Replayy’ which is releasing on the coming Friday. Eros Worldwide has claimed a petition against it which says that producers should repay back certain amount to Eros.

Dubai based Entertainment Company; Eros Worldwide has claimed that the producers of ‘Action Replayy’ approximately owe them Rs 6.56 crores. The petition has been filed in the Bombay High Court just before its release.

Eros has filed the petition through their legal firm Manilal Kher Ambalal and Co. The petition states that “The defendant (Vipul Shah) be restrained from exhibiting, causing to exhibit, releasing, communicating to the public in any manner, exploiting, delivering the prints to any third party or in any other manner exploiting or suffering the exploitation of the film Action Replayy which is scheduled to be released in first week of November.”

The hearing of the case is on November 4 and the High Court Justice JH Bhatia has requested the parties to reach a mutual agreement before the movie release date.
