Aamir Khan is all set to make his TV debut with Yash Raj Films’ ‘Rishta.com’. Reports claim that Aamir has given his consent for YRF’s new show on match-making. It is believed that Aamir agreed for the show as it is very closely related to real life.
According to sources many other stars who are expected to make appearance in the show include Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukherjee, Preity Zinta, Uday Chopra, Ritiesh Deshmukh and Tabu.
It has been rumoured that YRF was desperate to have Aamir on board despite all the other big names agreeing for the same. Industry sources indicate that it’s going to be big indeed, however, the details of Aamir’s role on the show have not been revealed yet.
YRF’s choice for Aamir in role comes as a big surprise as the banner has always considered Shahrukh Khan to be their lucky mascot. Aamir Khan is known for his diversity in roles, who has yet not made any TV appearance, seems to have put aside his aversion for small screen finally.
