Aamir Khan is not happy with “Delhi Belly’s end result and has decided that he himself will sit at the editing table.
“Delhi Belly” is the directorial debut of Abhinay Deo which stars Vir Das, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Shenaz Treasurywala, Poorna Jaganathan and Imran Khan.
Says a source, "He has told Abhinay that he himself will sit at the editing table. As he is busy at the moment with Rajkumar Hirani's 3 Idiots and his other commitments, he will be give undivided unattention to Delhi Belly as soon as he wraps up his present assignments”.
The movie is produced by “Aamir Khan Productions” so it’s very obvious that the actor wants it to be up to the mark.
"Aamir is known to work in a single project at any given time and sets extremely high standards for himself. Even if the film he is acting in is not his production, he gives it more than just being an actor in it. With Delhi Belly being his production, he wants it to be up to the mark”, the source adds.
The official spokesperson of Aamir Khan Productions said, "We have not announced the release date of any of our films. There is no delay in the project. The shooting of Delhi Belly was completed on schedule and the post production is currently in progress. The release date will, in any case, be finalised only after the international distribution is in place”.
