The best part about Digital cameras was the fact that many could use it for self portraits. Since the Samsung PL100 speaks for being a user friendly camera, complete with an LCD panel in front too, it even sports dimensions that are easy to handle. Its width is mere 20.3mm; it weighs only 111gs, sports a fluid design, easy ergonomics and comes in only one colour of the conservative Midnight Black. This camera comes with a slanted design, which places the back of the camera at a seven degree angle. This subtle design accent provides users with further options for taking impressive self-portraits and group shots. The1.5-inch that is incorporated on the front panel of the Samsung PL100 display gives consumers the ability to perfect their self-portraits or join their friends and family in the shot. Its Smart Auto (Still & Movie) ensures that users never have to worry about their photos being washed out, too dark or out of focus. Smart Auto (Still & Movie) analyses key elements of the composition of the image such as colour, brightness, motion and subject and then selects the appropriate scene mode which will produce the best results possible. The PL100 features a standard 35mm lens with 3x optical zoom, and is paired with Digital Image Stabilization. It contains 5MB of internal memory and is compatible with SD/SDHC cards.
